Harris was assigned by our warranty company. They responded the same day — within an hour — had the parts for the repair, and told me my unit had a recall. They had those parts too. The whole job took about an hour. Tech George was great. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome.

The technician, Lee, was very good. He explained what he was going to do before he started working. He also took pictures before and after. He also discussed options, "what if" and what to expect. The van is loaded with equipment and parts seemingly able to fix any plumbing problem. Lee was personal, cheerful and professional. He knows what he is doing." It all started when I received a call this morning from who I think is Laurie. She was cheerful, understandable and very easy to work with. Lee and Laurie gave me a favorable impression of Harris Water Heaters. Very good. I would do business directly with them.

My shower was lukewarm yesterday morning but only realized about 4:00 pm that pilot light was out. Unable to restart it, PG&E sent a technician at about 6:30 pm and he diagnosed a faulty controller. Luckily I have a warranty with First American and submitted a claim at about 8:00 pm and they assigned Harris Water Heaters. Randy arrived at 8:30 am this morning and quickly replaced the faulty unit. Very happy with the efficiency and seamless repair. Highly recommended.

I called my home warranty on a Friday and after speaking to them they were apprehensive that my water heater would be resolved that day and I would be out of hot water for the whole weekend. Soon after, I received a call from Harris Water Heater and the receptionist said they could send someone out in 10 minutes. Jorge the tech came out and quickly resolved the issue. I was surprised and very happy that it all worked out and was fixed so quickly. Would recommend.
