The hot water heater failed and Harris was assigned the job by our warranty company. They responded the same day (within an Hour!), had the parts needed for the repair, and informed me that my unit had a recall, but that he had those parts also. The entire job took an hour or so and the tech (George) was great. I couldn't ask for a better outcome!

I read quite many good reviews when doing my research and Harris Water Heater didn't disappoint. I was able to book an appointment on the very next day (same-day was also available). Jake and Jose were very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very technical but also try to explain what's going on clearly and patiently so that I can understand. They explain what they are going to do for each step, and the pros and cons of various options, which seems to make a lot of sense to me. Eventually they helped install a new water heater pretty quickly, and the work was great. They also helped clean out all the sediments in my faucets so the water flows smoothly.

Excellent company to work with. They were responsive and prompt providing same day service. Chuck was the serviceman who came to my house and was outstanding. He reviewed the current installation of the broken water heater, made the necessary changes and installed the new water heater and new expansion tank in a little more than 2 hours. He was personable and did a great job. This company only does water heaters. I would absolutely use them again.

We were in desperate need to replace our water heater. We live in Castro Valley and saw Harris Water Heaters van parked in a driveway. My husband knocked on the door and Bryan said he could come to our house in 1/2 hour. He came ready to go with a new water heater and installed it right away. Bryan is awesome!
