Jake and Jose were very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very technical but also try to explain what's going on clearly and patiently so that I can understand. They explain what they are going to do for each step, and the pros and cons of various options, which seems to make a lot of sense to me. Eventually they helped install a new water heater pretty quickly, and the work was great. They also helped clean out all the sediments in my faucets so the water flows smoothly.
